Verified values transcribed from the supplied 2023 laboratory report, 2026 product catalogue and Turkish mechanical-installation specification. Every value below is shown with its applicable sample or document scope.
Important: laboratory values are sample-specific. They are not a declaration of performance for every panel family, dimension, colour or project.

Final anchor type, bracket spacing, rail geometry, cavity, insulation and movement design must be calculated and approved for the project substrate, loads and local regulations.
Verified mounting-component requirements
The following component requirements were supplied for the Terracotta panel mounting system. Final dimensions, spacing, anchors and calculations still require project-specific approved drawings.
- L-bracket thickness: 3.2 mm
- Special T-profile for self-jointed Terracotta panels: 1.8 mm thick
- Hanger brackets designed specifically for Terracotta panels must be used
Junction and termination details
The following coordination principles cover the vertical substructure, glazing perimeter, external corners, parapets and lower terminations of a ventilated terracotta façade.
T–LT-profile and L-bracket substructure
Use 3.2 mm L-brackets and the 1.8 mm special T-profile for self-jointed terracotta panels. L-brackets connect the vertical aluminium T-profiles to the verified structural substrate. Bracket centres and anchors must be established by calculation for substrate, panel format, building height, wind actions and façade loads.
GLWindow and glazing perimeter
Coordinate the sill, jambs and head with independent metal flashings or reveal profiles. The sill must drain outward with a drip edge; the head must shed water clear of the opening. Continue insulation and the intended ventilation/drainage cavity around the frame without allowing the terracotta panel to bear on the window or glazing system.
90°External corner return
Continue independent vertical supports on both façade planes and close the external corner with a project-designed corner profile, flashing or panel return. Maintain the designed joint width, drainage path and installation tolerance; do not rigidly bridge panel movement across the corner.
TOPParapet and upper termination
Protect the top of the wall and ventilated cavity with a continuous coping or flashing, outward fall and drip edges. Coordinate the closure with the waterproofing membrane, insulation and vertical profiles while preventing uncontrolled water entry into the cavity.
BASEBase, soffit and lower termination
Use a project-designed lower or soffit closure that protects exposed profile ends and insulation while preserving the intended drainage and ventilation path. Provide drip geometry and, where required by the approved detail, a compatible ventilation or insect-control closure.
These are design-coordination principles, not approved fabrication drawings. Anchor type and spacing, bracket centres, fastener grade, membranes, fire barriers, thermal breaks and all dimensions must be verified by the project engineer and façade consultant.
Documented application guidance
The supplied 2026 catalogue documents the following system principles. They are design guidance, not a substitute for project-specific structural calculations and approved installation drawings.
- Documented raw-material mixture: clay, chamotte, kaolin, fluxes and other natural inorganic ceramic raw materials.
- The carrier system and structural calculations must be completed before installation. Carrier profiles must be aluminium; profile thicknesses must be specified in advance and anchors selected for the substrate.
- The documented maximum vertical spacing between L-brackets is 150 cm. Closer spacing may be required depending on building height and external actions.
- Insulation and the moisture barrier are installed before the applicable self-jointed T-profiles, T-profiles or horizontal hanger rails. Door, window, roof, corner and sill details must be resolved for the project.
- Single-skin panels use their rear channels with pin, clip or hook systems. Thin double-skin panels are hung at two points on vertical aluminium members. Thick double-skin panels use horizontal and vertical aluminium hanger systems.
